They charged for valley view but gave normal room. owner promised to change room but did not and was rude and not polite.Breakfast is limited served in room and poor quality. mall.road is close but hotel is down hill and have to walk a steep up to come out of room rates are very high and not worth a saty here.bathroom is small shower doesn't work hot water limited

Don’t go for this hotel. Worst, pathetic, rudest service. I don’t have cheapest word for the hotel. No hot water. All the 5star ratings are from their own person so don’t get trapped by seeing “5 star ratings”. The man who is on reception is most rude. Only 1 towel per Room. 1 toiletries per room doesn’t matter if its family room or couple. While check-in they sent 2 person for luggage and said tempo traveller can come down for parking and our tempo hit 2 times as it’s too narrow for Tempo traveller and SUVs. Once we checkout from that so called “hotel” thay said, “carry your luggage by self, we don't have staff or vehicle for your luggage” And even said “we didn’t said to bring your vehicle down, Tempo can’t come down, that’s your problem” Worst said”you have to check before booking!!!”

Hotel is near to mall road but it is so downhill which makes it difficult for parking. Hotel receptionist was very rude and had absolutely no sense of customer service. I heard them that they had empty rooms hence he lied on my face that there were no other rooms. Rooms were very average. I was given a room 3 floors down so it's inconvenient to keep going up and down.

It was pleasant stay at this hotel, neat and clean rooms with all amenities also it very close to mall road.only drawback is that hotel is situated down the slope so carrying luggage after checkout is problem..

As per room details it was Full hill view. but it was partially view from window. from window there was some parking area and because of that i couldn't open my window , as every time there were 3-4 person and they use to look at the …

Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The service is also excellent. The food available at their restaurant is relatively cheaper and quite impressive in quantity. It's located near the mall road which is a plus of course but because you have to drive on a slope it may be a little challenging to park it there.
